Loblaw grocery banners have been providing on-store dietitian counseling and educational sessions to their customers. However, with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, these in-person sessions were no longer possible.

Lampyon designed, built and maintains a fully branded, fully customized self-serve webinar portal that Loblaw dietitians can use to schedule and host webinars online, and where customers can browse, register for and participate in webinars - all within the same online platform.

The platform delivers a user experience and workflows tailored to our Client's requests, such as cross-promotions heavily integrated into the Client's existing online network, connections to existing login and loyalty programs on the backend and granular metrics based on the specific needs of the Client. This provides a level of flexibility that none of the out-of-the-box platforms could deliver. Since this is a solution that Lampyon built from the ground up, it is possible to operate the platform in an isolated hosting environment, ensuring a high level of privacy.
