A virtual Q&A with Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacists

Lampyon supports Shoppers Drug Mart in a number of areas, ranging from remote consultations to direct to patient communication, creative production and marketing communication.

The Virtual Q&A with Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacists is a series of remotely recorded videos responding to frequently asked questions from patients. Pharmacist log into Lampyon's virtual video studio and respond to several questions organized around a specific topic. We handle translation to French, subtitling, post-production work and create a range of teaser videos and promotional banners and badges. The videos are then published on the Shoppers Drug Mart website.
